Nominations:

Pre-nominations are required for all Events by Monday 19 March, 2012. It will be the competitor’s responsibility to provide proof of pre-nomination. A late fee will be charged if no proof is provided.

Payment for all events on the day.

Horse Arrivals/Camping Claiming: Access to the grounds from 2:00pm Friday only.

Horse Declaration: You are required to complete a Horse Health Declaration. Please present it to the Ride Secretary on arrival. Please ensure that your horse is healthy and its temperature has been taken for the previous three days prior to travel.

Ride Information: Updates will be posted on the web site as it comes to hand at

www.toftendurance.com.au – OZ Endurance tab.

Vetting: All vetting will be standard AERA within 30 minutes.

Catering: Catering available all weekend.

Assistance: We are very much in need of assistance to help run this Event.
